Every individual has a unique, identifiable behavior style. The crucial first step to improving your communication is to understand your behavior style, and to recognize the style of the individual you are communicating with. Once you gain this awareness, you can adapt to the other person’s needs, earn their confidence and trust, and ultimately make all your business and personal relationships more successful.

Program Description

Most individuals can be categorized into one of four different behavior styles. This module introduces all four styles, and explains the defining characteristics of each style. Participants will complete an instrument that determines their own style, and learn how to identify clues to other unique styles. They will practice techniques for working more effectively with others by adapting to styles different from their own, and receive feedback from both the workshop facilitator and other participants.
